We want you to be happy with your Home Health Scan report. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 daysof your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Or email us at hello@homehealthscan.co.uk with your order reference and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
